hey here's the immediate lowdown on my character, Drividot Nicot, Warrior of Light.

1. he's a duskwight elezen (cave elf), standing about 6 fulms 11 ilms (~211cm) tall, with green eyes and red hair, build like a bullwhip: slender, and supple, sure, but hard, swift, and dangerous.

2. he's the warrior of light, the malleable protagonist of final fantasy XIV, and is up-to-date to patch 6.55. beware of spoilers for the whole damn game (or tell me not to spoil you and i won't!).

3. his canon job is RPR (reaper); he fights in melee range with a fuckoff-gigantic warscythe, aided in combat by a voidsent (demon) avatar bound to him, which he can allow to possess his body for a short period of time to gain new abilities, increased speed and strength, etc. previous canon jobs are BRD (bard) and MCH (machinist).

4. his personal history, roughly summarized: born 31 years ago as the bastard child of a seamstress in the coerthan frontier. never knew his biological father, who skipped town before he was born, he did have a pretty-decent stepfather starting around age nine. lived in the caves under a house haillenarte holding, educated in the chapel school until midteens, was also trained in hunting and trapping in the dangerous coerthan wilderness. AND THEN THE FIRE NATION CALAMITY ATTACKED

5. vain. sardonic. slow to anger but it burns like dragonfire. traumatized. ruthless, occasionally vengeful. and yet: compassionate. strong sense of justice. hard-working. kind. protective. loves, and loves, and loves.

6. in battle: relentless. moves fast, thinks faster. takes risks. is not afraid of pain.
